How To Withdraw Crypto on the Platform?

Let’s use BTC to illustrate how to transfer crypto from your account to an external platform or wallet.

1. Log into your account and click [Personal Center] - [Withdrawal].

2. Click [Address management].

3. Select the correct currency/network, and fill in the correct withdrawal address, network memo and other information, then click [Add].

4. Re-click [Personal Center] - [Withdrawal] to select the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw. Select the address so far you had added. In this example, we will withdraw USDT. Select the network. As we are withdrawing USDT, can choose ERC20. You will also see the network fees for this transaction. Please make sure that the network matches the address entered to avoid withdrawal losses. If you select the wrong network, you will lose your funds.

5. Enter the withdrawal amount and you will be able to see the corresponding transaction fee and the final amount you receive. Click [Pickup] to proceed.

6. You need to verify the transaction. Please follow the on-screen instructions.In the previous operation, we have already bound the Google App and set the fund password, which will be used here to ensure the security of the funds, also including mobile verification code.
