Where can I get my account verified on the website?

You can access the Identity Verification from [Personal Center] - [Security]. You can check your current verification level on the page, which determines the trading limit of your account. To increase your limit, please complete the respective Identity Verification level.

How to complete Identity Verification on the website? A step-by-step guide:

1. Log in to your account and click [Personal Center] - [Security].

2. Here you can see [Real Name], [Phone], and [Email],[Authenticator app]. When you register an account by email/mobile number, you do not need to re-verify.

You will need to verify your mobile phone number (if yet to do so) and conduct real name authentication before you can access the Finance area.

3. Then, click [Not Verified] to start real name verification. Please ensure that your country of residence is consistent with your identity document (ID).

There are 2 types of authentication which are Self-confessed Investor and Corporate Investor. Each types of authentication require different documentation. Please upload the correct documents according to the instructions. Please ensure that all details are clearly visible. Please do not wear hats, glasses or use filters, and ensure adequate lighting. After uploading document photos. Click [Save] to submit to the system for approval.

4. After completing the process, please wait patiently. The platform will review your data in a timely manner. Once your application has been verified, we will send you an email notification.

You may attempt to complete the Identity Verification process up to 10 times per day. If your application has been denied 10 times within 24 hours, please wait 24 hours to try again.
