Why Can’t I Receive Emails from the Platform?

If you are not receiving emails sent from our platform, please follow the instructions below to check your email settings:

  1. Are you logged in to the email address registered to your platform account? Sometimes, you may be logged out of your email on your devices and therefore unable to view platform's emails. Please log in to your email and refresh.

  1. Have you checked your email's spam folder? If you find that your email service provider is sending platform's emails to your spam folder, you can mark them as "safe" by whitelisting our email addresses. You can refer to our guide on How to Whitelist Platform Emails for step-by-step instructions. Email addresses to whitelist:

  1. Is your email client or service provider functioning properly? You can check the email server settings to confirm that there are no security conflicts caused by your firewall or antivirus software.

  1. Is your email inbox full? If you have reached your inbox limit, you may not be able to send or receive new emails. Please delete some old emails to free up space for new ones.

  1. If possible, we recommend registering with common email domains such as Gmail or Outlook to ensure smooth email communication.
